Purpose
Function
Working Relationships
Requirements and Duties:
- Must have made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and must demonstrate the reality of that relationship through their life and testimony.
- Must have knowledge of, educational methods and current Men ministry resources, a passion and heartfelt concern for soul, be high energy, creative, hardworking and possess the ability to motivate others; and administrative leadership and coordination.
- Should have ministry skills of: dynamic teacher (able to teach tenets of the Christian faith, fundamental Christian values and how to apply these to life situations); experience with coordinating retreats, mission trips and outings; ability to discern unique needs of individuals, large groups and small groups; wisdom to listen to and incorporate the ideas and needs of the the men in the program design.
- Will provide personal leadership in the development of a men programs in which men experience: worship in which the transforming power of God is experienced and opportunity is available for men to respond with praise, thanksgiving, confession and dedication; fellowship occasions, both regular meetings and special events which are fun and provide opportunity to know and be known by others; participation in a small group which promotes sharing and accountability; exposure to and participation in mission and ministry beyond the local church; leadership development: disciple and mentor men for ministry and leadership and raise up effective mentors for men; and prepare them to serve as an ambassador of Christ to others.
To capture a vision and shepherds the Women of the Church through wisdom, discernment, compassion, and love. To plan, coordinate, and oversee activities for Women and to promote fun, fellowship, spiritual development, and Ministry and outreach involvement.
Function
To supervise all Women ministries of the church who is responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing ministry programs that are in keeping with the church’s overall vision.
Working Relationships
- The Director of Women Ministries is supervised by the Pastor of the church.
- Will coordinate with and conduct joint planning meetings with other church ministries.

The purpose of the Youth Ministry is to capture a vision and shepherds the youths of the Church through wisdom, discernment, compassion, and love. To plan, coordinate, and oversee activities for teens and young adults to promote fun, fellowship, spiritual development, Ministry, and outreach involvement.

SUNDAY SCHOOL COMMITTEE
Purpose
- Identify, select, and train new teachers, secretaries, and others as needed.
- Survey, identify, and evaluate the needs of the Sunday school programs by speaking with the teachers, church leaders, and attendees. This includes the following areas: space, budget, supplies, curriculum, equipment, and other resources.
- Start new Sunday school classes as needed.
- Ensure the facilities are safe and in good working order. Report any needed repairs for the rooms or equipment.
- Help class teachers with any potential problems as they arise.

This is a ministry structured for doing religious and charitable work in the U.S.A. and Foreign Countries; to improve mankind morally, and spiritually, to aid those in need, help the sick and unfortunate.
Our workers are authorized to preach the gospel and propagate the faith. The Officers are: Director, Secretary, Treasurer and other officers for the operation of its business according to wisdom.
